I wrote an extensive way in which you can get your money refunded by these SHARKS. I didn't see it upon checking back, so I hope it does get seen. I went through a week of hell trying to get it back and finally did. Write to Dept. of Consumer Affairs, don't leave without making SURE you write a letter stating WHY you want out. You only have 5 days to do the turn around. Don't leave until you have done this as by LAW, they MUST refund within 5 days of buying. Forget the BS DIRK and his dirty crew give you. They will NOT want to see you and will put you off for those 5 days. I was escorted out like a criminal..... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! Better yet, it was "Cabo Keith's WIFE" that was the ultimate downfall..... she's a SHARK also!
They lied about EVERYTHING !!!!! From selling your old Timeshare to "NO maintenance fees"... LIE !!! It's over $1100.00 a year, much more than what I own than Diamond Resorts. I have NEVER been so mad at a company ran by a dirkbag ....the infamous "DIRK". LIAR,LIAR and very deceitful man who will one day get his payback. I can hardly wait!

Don't Get Robbed by These SHARKS !! There is a way to get a refund!
I just returned from Pueblo Bonito at Sunset Beach and had the worst experience of my LIFE with their lying, cheating, egotistical, childlike manager "DIRTY DIRK". First, do NOT go into ANY sales presentations, period! If you make the mistake I did as a single woman, being told that it was a "Free Welcome breakfast"......nothing is FREE ! After reading so many people's worst nightmares, there is hope! I DID get all my money refunded.
They will tell you one lie after another; such as they could sell my Timeshare for $17,000 (after having it for 25 years at $20,000). LIE !!! Then they will say there are NO maintenance fees, until you use it, quoted by Keith to be $199......LIE !!!!
Here's the trick to get out of it, if you signed half drunk, like I was...Keith kept those drinks flowing. There is a 5 DAY period for getting you OUT of this mess. You will need to write a letter while you are there and retain a time stamped copy. It must state WHY you want out.
Here's where the fun (NOT) begins. These Rip Offs KNOW this law so will do ANYTHING to avoid you. I made 4 appointments that were broken by DIRK the JERK. On the 4th attempt, I walked in at noon and there is KEITH .... AGAIN. I was totally frustrated and called the big baby "Dirty Dirk". Keith RAN to tell his oh so wonderful boss my EVERY word! So, Dork, oops, Dirk had me PHYSICALLY REMOVED by none other than KEITH'S wife. They are ALL in it to get you!
Also, contact the FTC and REPORT these crooks. Tell EVERYONE you know if you have been duped by them. DO NOT leave until you have put this in writing and followed the above steps. If they put a FINGER on you, call the POLICE !
One last note....I sat on a used condom in the hot tub outside my room........ nice touch! Such a beautiful place so screwed up by the SALES team. They even have the audacity to tell you about their yachts they own. Sad.
